RETURN POLICY

• What is Bio Bhutan’s policy and conditions for Returns?

We offer you the possibility to return any unused product within the return warranty duration. We will refund 100% of the cost if the item is returned within 7 days after purchase provided it fulfills our validity of returned items. If it exceeds 7 Days, we only offer 50% refund and 10% after 10 days and no refund after 14 days.

Return shipping costs must be borne by the customer. You can ship from the nearest postal office in your Dzongkhag.

Valid criteria:

– Item is sealed and in original condition.

– The packaging is sealed.

– Item is sealed and in original condition, with all packaging and accessories.

– There is no tampering or change in product condition

* What is important for return?

• All documents, accessories, and freebies received along with the product (excepts official receipt or delivery note) such as
• Warranty paper (must not be filled out)
• Manual or user guide
• Accessories and freebies
• Please use the original package to return your item
• How do I return the product that weighs more than 20kg?

Bio Bhutan offers pick-up service for a return product that weighs more than 20kgs. Please complete the Online Return Form and our delivery partners will contact you to arrange the time to pick up the item
