At Bio Bhutan, we believe that nothing is more important than the voices and experiences of our farmers. We source our raw materials directly from the forests, collected by our dedicated farmers who work tirelessly to provide quality products. By creating a market for them, we ensure fair opportunities and empower them to thrive.

One of the key challenges our farmers face is water scarcity, particularly in areas like Gengkhar, Chaskhar, Udzorong, Drametse,Bepam, Phuensum under Mongar District. To address this issue, Bio Bhutan has stepped in to supply essential resources, including pipes for water distribution and zinc sheets for distillation units. This support not only improves their working conditions but also enhances their productivity.

Our commitment to the local community doesn’t stop there. We are proud to allocate 5% of our profits back to our farmers and women’s groups. By investing in these communities, we help foster growth and sustainability. We have a dedicated women’s group that works alongside our farmers, ensuring everyone benefits from our efforts.

Every year, we celebrate the hard work of our farmers by offering gifts and incentives to those who collect the highest amounts of lemongrass oil. This acknowledges their dedication and encourages a spirit of friendly competition, fostering a community of pride in our collective achievements.
